ADOLESCENT PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION PROGRAM (PHP)
LEAP's PHP offers a safe, structured, and supportive environment for adolescence ages 11-17 experiencing emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges. Grounded in trauma-informed care, our program helps adolescents build resilience and develop healthy coping strategies through daily group therapy, individual counseling, academic support, psychiatric services, and family involvement. We empower youth to heal, grow, and successfully reintegrate into home, school, and community life.
MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
Medication management is an integral part of many patients’ treatment plans. When it comes to mental health, medications must be closely monitored and adjusted to benefit the patient in the best way possible. For ideal therapeutic outcomes and long-term treatment success, changes in medication must be tracked and adjusted as necessary.
OUTPATIENT THERAPY
LEAP provides compassionate, client-centered counseling for individuals, families, couples, and groups of all ages. Our licensed clinicians support people from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational needs. Whether you're seeking help with anxiety, trauma, family conflict, or personal growth, we are here to walk with you every step of the way.
PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT
A suite of psychological assessments for children and teens are offered. Assessments are tailored to the individual, are the most current/updated instrument, and are strengths-based. Each assessment is specifically crafted to answer the referral source's question. Neurodevelopmental assessments are available for individuals 4-17 years old.
